If a full refund is required we need to be informed within 28 days of the receipt of the order. The order must then be returned to us within 14 days after we are informed of the cancellation.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

The item(s) needs to be in the original packaging including both clear plastic bags inside glove bags.
